It’s often said that if you ride an eBike you’re lazy, but is that really true? Steve Jones has enlisted the help of our resident athlete Rich Payne to put this to the test. Comparing Rich’s previous ride of the ‘Blue’ XC loop in the Forest of Dean on an XC bike, they aim to see if Rich can beat the time and heart rate on a light assist eMTB.
