Picking out your dream ride is only the beginning of your e-bike journey. Next is keeping it running smoothly for the long term! You might have questions… What to expect during the first 30-60 days on your new bike (AKA the Break-In Period)? When should you connect down the road for future service needs? We have answers.
1. Break-In Period – During your first few rides, your new bike’s components are learning to work together. Don’t fret if you hear a few squeaks, clunks, and clicks! Feel free to give us a call to check if it’s "normal" and we’ll help get your ride purring like a dream.
2. Service Schedule – It’s important to get your e-bike serviced at regular intervals to keep it running smoothly for the long term. We recommend every 6 months or 600 miles. "How am I going to remember that?" Easy! We’ve programmed your Bosch courtesy maintenance light as a friendly reminder make a service appointment. Our customers also get $100 OEB Bucks to spend on future service needs!
