Open seat tube clamp & lift out seat tube. Turn the battery key forward & lift the battery up.

Use short-handled Phillips screwdriver to unscrew 4 set screws on controller cover.

Cut retaining ties on motor connector, tail light connector, speed limit connector
and main wire connector.
01:35- 01:50
Unplug motor connector & controller power connector.
01:52- 02:10
Pull out tail light connector, speed limit connector, & main wire from five-way.
02:12- 02:24
Connect controller power before moving on.
02:26- 02:40
Carefully install controller in battery base.
02:52- 03:20
Secure outer cover with screws (tighten clockwise with Phillips screwdriver).
03:38- 03:54
Connect main wire, booster, tail light, motor.
04:12- 04:30
Tuck connectors (tail light, booster, wire, speed limit) under five-way.
05:22- 05:30
Secure with tie and trim excess.
