Thanks for choosing EUNORAU ebikes, We are very sorry for the display frozen issue on our 2024 new bike models, as this display is a Bluetooth smart display, it have been upgraded&tested in 2023. Thanks for your patience and here is the solution:
1. Download the EUNORAU GO app from Apple Store or Google play.
2. Follow the steps from our video to upgrade the display version to 4.10.5
