Welcome back to another Bakcou Build! In this step-by-step video, Savvy walks you through assembling the Flatlander SD from unboxing to trail-ready. Whether you’re a first-time builder or a seasoned rider, this guide will make your setup smooth and simple.

01:01 – Use 5mm Allen key to remove stem bolt
01:05 – Attach the display
01:13 – Loosen screws on both sides

01:31 – Pro tip: Line up display and fork bolt
01:39 – Tighten side screws on display
01:44 – Step 4: Install handlebars
01:46 – Use 4mm Allen key to remove stem plate
01:54 – Align and center handlebars before tightening
02:08 – Step 5: Install front wheel
02:10 – Remove brake spacer and axle support
02:16 – Take off rotor protector
02:22 – Lift and install front tire with a friend
02:25 – Carefully align rotor with calipers
02:28 – Reinsert and tighten axle
02:30 – Step 6: Install front fender
02:34 – Remove bolt and nut from forks
02:40 – Align fender tab and reattach bolt
02:42 – Step 7: Install pedals
02:44 – Identify right vs. left pedals
02:50 – Note: Right pedal is reverse-threaded
02:55 – Use 6mm Allen key to tighten
03:00 – Repeat for left pedal (standard thread)
03:03 – Step 8: Install throttle
03:08 – Loosen toggle switch with 2.5mm Allen key
03:13 – Use 3mm Allen key to loosen throttle screw
03:15 – Clamp throttle near brake handle
03:19 – Reposition and tighten toggle switch
03:26 – Step 9: Connect display and throttle cables
03:30 – Align arrow markings on connectors
03:33 – Final tip: Inflate tires to 20 psi
03:38 – Done! Ready to ride
