Are Electric Vehicles Safe To Use In India ? | Why Are Electric vehicles Exploding? | Part – 1

For the last one week, the burning topic in the Electric Vehicles industry is the "burning of electric vehicles".
ElectricVehicles.in is firmly believes in Electric Vehicles tech and working as a catalyst to improve Electric Vehicles adoption across India since 2017.

We firmly believe EVs are the future of India’s mobility infrastructure, and we firmly believe in the "safety first" principle.
Recent fire incidents of electric scooters have brought a lot of fear to the minds of electric vehicle users and a few of those who have pre-booked and waiting for deliveries are in dilemma. Overall, it has brought a psychological barrier to the minds of the consumers.

We at ElectricVehicles.in sincerely believe the consumers/media reaction to the recent fire incidents is part of the EV industry evolution. Close to 10 lakhs plus registered electric vehicles are running on the road and, we believe another 10 lakhs+ no registration / no license vehicles are running too. Those are some huge numbers and the number of fire incidents reported is quite a few. Those stats clearly say Electric Vehicles technology is the proven tech.
India is in the first phase of EVs adoption & like any other tech even EV tech has to be improved further. Certainly, India’s EV Manufacturers have to exhibit greater optimism and consider this as an opportunity and see how they can keep the "safety first" principle at the center of their manufacturing strategy.

A million electric vehicle sales made by the Indian EV Industry are useless if a life is lost due to safety reasons. No ifs and buts… "Safety First" and every Human life matters, those manufacturers who will ignore the "Safety First" principle will be certainly rejected by the consumers and as well as by us. In the future reviews covered by us, we will also talk about the fire safety standards as a mandatory review aspect.

The central govt has already started a probe on these recent fire incidents and we are greatly optimistic that the probe will result in improving the quality standards.

ElectricVehicles.in is going to make its own efforts to bring various expert talks to bring awareness on "Safety First". As part of the "Safety First", we will run expert shows going forward to spread awareness of the safety of Electric Vehicles.

On a different note, if you are an expert watching this show and want to share your knowledge with our audience, please come forward to spread the knowledge. We will give the contact details in the description of this video. Every little contribution matters to building a better society.
