In the 1970’s, General Electric produced an entire line of electric lawn tractors. They were versatile and had an amazing array of accessories available. The drive system itself was a 36VDC setup using six 6-volt flooded lead-acid batteries, similar to a golf cart. The machines were very reliable and maintain quite a following today.
